About turmeric and its benefits.

turmeric is a plant that grows in Indonesia. These two types of plants are also often used as ingredients for herbal medicine.

Turmeric or Curcumin Longa contains the compound curcumin which also helps treat and prevent several chronic conditions. turmeric can be consumed fresh, ground, as a natural coloring agent in food, and added to various dishes. Curcumin has antidepressant and anxiolytic effects that are able to modulate serotonin and dopamine levels.
